Forget about internal storage on your devices because everything is heading to the cloud. There are cloud storage services available on all major platforms and even more make up the third-party offerings. It seems that offering ample cloud storage for free or at a low cost is an easy way to secure customers. Amazon, which has its Cloud Drive service, announced two plans that could be very enticing.

The two new plans for Cloud Drive cover those who want to backup photographs and those who want to store everything online. Customers are started with free three-month trials regardless of the plan chosen. The Unlimited Photos plan, which costs $11.99 per year, allows for users to endlessly back photos while having 5GB set aside for other types of files. The higher-priced Unlimited Everything plan will accept any amount of files that a customer desires. To show how inexpensive its Cloud Drive storage plans are, Amazon says that users spend less than $1/$5 per month.
